The apartment itself lives up to that “haut standing” promise – everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just expensive for the sake of it. The morning light streaming through those big windows is something else, and you can actually see why they put “ensoleillé” in the name. I spent way too many mornings just sitting there with coffee, watching the palm trees sway in the courtyard below. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is rare for Morocco at this price point, and honestly saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Marrakech can get pricey fast. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – proper blackout curtains (trust me, you’ll appreciate this when the call to prayer starts at 5 AM), reliable Wi-Fi that actually works for video calls, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train. The bathroom feels almost spa-like, with this gorgeous tadelakt finish that’s so typically Moroccan but done in a way that feels modern and clean.

Here’s the thing though – and this is coming from someone who’s stayed in a lot of 4-star places – this spot punches way above its weight class. That 9.3 rating isn’t just people being nice; it’s because the owners clearly get what travelers actually need. The check-in process was smooth, parking is handled (which anyone who’s driven in Marrakech will tell you is a minor miracle), and the building itself is quiet enough that you can actually sleep. You’re close enough to walk to the Majorelle Garden in about 15 minutes, and the New Town’s restaurants and cafes are right there when you want a break from tagine. But honestly, what sold me was how it felt like a real home base – somewhere you could decompress between adventures in the souks, plan your next day over a glass of wine on the terrace, and actually get some rest. It’s not trying to be a flashy riad or a corporate hotel; it’s just a really well-executed apartment that happens to be in one of the most perfectly positioned neighborhoods in Marrakech.

  Un grand merci à notre hôte Youssef , l’appartement est magnifique et correspond totalement à sa description et aux photos proposées, il est propre et fonctionnel, les pièces sont spacieuses et confortables, le linge de maison est fourni, il est très propre également , la cuisine est idéale et complète . Situé dans une résidence calme , et proche de tout, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Un hôte à l’écoute et réactif ! Un séjour agréable qui restera graver dans nos mémoires.
