The hotel sits on Rue el Adarissa, and here’s what I love about this street – it’s quiet enough that you can actually sleep at night (no random scooters honking at 3 AM), but you’re literally a five-minute walk from Avenue Mohammed VI where all the good restaurants are. The building itself is relatively new – I mean, “neuf” means new in French, so they’re not being subtle about it – and you can tell. Everything feels fresh and clean, which honestly can be hit or miss in Marrakech. The pool (piscine, for those keeping track of the multilingual theme) is actually decent sized, not one of those tiny plunge pools that barely fits two people. I spent most afternoons there because, well, Marrakech in summer is no joke.

What really impressed me was the attention to comfort – and I’m not just saying that because it’s in the name. The air conditioning actually works (crucial), the beds are firm but not rock-hard, and the bathrooms have proper water pressure. Small things, but they matter when you’re dealing with the heat and dust of the city. The staff speaks a mix of Arabic, French, and English, which is pretty standard for Hivernage, and they’re genuinely helpful without being pushy. Check-in was smooth, parking is available if you’re brave enough to drive in Morocco, and the whole place has this calm, residential vibe that’s perfect after a day of haggling in the souks. It’s not the fanciest four-star you’ll ever stay in, but it gets the essentials right – location, cleanliness, and yes, comfort. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  What could be improved: Je voulais prolonger de 2 jours mon séjour et le responsable a fort augmenté le prix de la location de base et il voulait le payement en espèces. Je sentais un peu l arnaque et j ai quitté avec ma famille l appartement le lendemain pour trouver un autre logement . En finale j ai trouvé alleur beaucoup moins cher.
