The place sits on Route Al Blyd, and while that might not mean much to first-time visitors, locals know this is prime real estate – close enough to everything but tucked away in its own little oasis.

What really got me was stepping into that tropical garden. I mean, you expect desert landscaping in Morocco, right? But they’ve created this lush, almost jungle-like atmosphere that somehow works perfectly with the traditional kasbah architecture. The heated pool is genuinely heated (not just “heated” like some places claim), and that jacuzzi – honestly, after a day of haggling in the souks, sinking into those warm bubbles while palm fronds sway overhead feels like pure magic. The whole setup has this intimate, almost residential feel because it’s not some massive resort complex. You’re not competing with hundreds of other guests for space, which makes the common areas actually feel… well, communal rather than chaotic.

The rooms themselves have that authentic Moroccan charm without feeling like you’re sleeping in a museum. Think rich textiles, carved wood details, and those gorgeous tadelakt walls that stay cool even when it’s blazing outside. But here’s what I appreciated most – they’ve nailed the details that matter. The air conditioning actually works (crucial during summer months), the water pressure is solid, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes. Small things, sure, but they make the difference between a good stay and a great one. The 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated reviews either – you can tell the owners actually care about the experience. Check-in was smooth, the staff knew the neighborhood well enough to give real recommendations (not just tourist traps), and they genuinely seemed invested in making sure everything worked for you. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between authentic Moroccan hospitality and modern comfort, this place delivers without trying too hard to impress.

  En famille nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la villa, c'était propre calme et très bien aménagée. Mr khalid l'hôte qui nous a accueilli le 1 er jour était sympathique, sans oublié Houria qui aussi était très gentille et aimable et nous préparait un bon petit déjeuner, il y avait aussi un jeune mr qui venait nettoyer la piscine et le jacuzzi tt les matins.

  À noter : il y a un hotel all inclusive à côté qui fait des animations. Heureusement, ça n'est pas en continu mais parfois on entend le speaker au loin pendant un blind test ou autre… On l'a entendu en moyenne 2 fois par jour.

  Een magnifique locatie met een prachtige tuin en een verwarmd zwembad en jacuzzi. Het is een heel ruim verblijf en alles is keurig verzorgd. Het ontbijt s ochtends werd door twee lieve dames verzorgd en iedere dag stond er ook een vers gebakken taart op tafel. Kharim regelt alles wat je nodig hebt of wilt doen via zijn connecties voor een prima prijs. Ook de communicatie met Cecile is heel prettig. Een topverblijf in een gate community ongeveer 10 kilometer buiten het drukke centrum.

  Magnifique villa d’architecture traditionnelle alliant modernité et tradition . À notre arrivée Khaled avait préparé un beau feu dans la grande cheminée du salon nous attendait , et un excellent couscous avait été préparé par Anna la cuisinière que nous avions réservé en supplément. Nous avions également opté pour le chauffage de la piscine et du jacuzzi en supplément, quel plaisir de se baigner dans une grande piscine à plus de 30 degrés en plein mois de janvier. Le jardin est juste magnifique avec ses palmiers , ses oliviers plus que centenaires , ses orangers , ses oiseaux …
  Marrakech ,la place jeema el fna et la Koutoubia ne sont qu’à 20 minutes en taxi , ce qui permet de bénéficier du calme et de l’air pur de la campagne . La Koutoubia est d’ailleurs visible depuis la terrasse du haut au coucher du soleil . Nous avons également profité de la magnifique vue sur les sommets enneigés depuis l’Atlas visibles depuis la terrasse.
  Un séjour inoubliable , à refaire dès que possible.
