The address might look a bit intimidating with all those words strung together, but it’s actually tucked away in this gorgeous residential area called Annakhil – you know, where the golf course meets those sprawling palm groves that give La Palmeraie its name. The taxi driver will probably need to call for directions (they always do in this neighborhood), but once you wind through those quiet streets lined with bougainvillea, you’ll understand why this place has such a crazy-good 9.8 rating.

What really sets this villa apart – and I mean this – is that they’ve figured out how to make luxury feel actually livable. The cooker isn’t just some token kitchen setup; it’s a proper space where you can actually prepare meals if you want to escape the tourist restaurant circuit for a night. But here’s the thing that’ll spoil you: the butler service is legit. Not some stuffy formal situation, but someone who genuinely knows the area and can sort out everything from grocery runs to getting you into that hammam everyone talks about but nobody can find. I watched him coordinate a last-minute dinner reservation at a place that’s usually booked solid – that’s the kind of local knowledge you can’t Google.

The villa itself has this perfect balance of Moroccan character without feeling like you’re sleeping in a museum. You’ll hear the call to prayer drifting over from the nearby mosque in the mornings (honestly, it’s quite beautiful), and the evenings are incredibly peaceful since you’re away from the Medina chaos but still close enough to hit Jemaa el-Fnaa when you want that energy. The golf course views are stunning, especially at sunset when the Atlas Mountains backdrop does that thing where it looks almost painted. Parking is never an issue – which, if you’ve driven in Marrakech, you know is basically a miracle. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s incredibly well-appointed home than a typical hotel, and with a 4-star rating that performs like a 5-star experience, you’re getting serious value. Just book it before word gets out and it becomes impossible to snag.

  Our stay was really exceptional, our family enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautifully designed with modern decor and amenities yet also a moroccan style. Very spacious and is better than what it seems online. Many beautiful different seating areas both indoor and outdoor. The location of the villa was also superb, in a nice quiet area with beautiful scenery and easy access to the rest of the city. All of the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Madam Ruqiya the chef was amazing, with a new dinner menu everyday and she can accommodate all requests but we opted for moroccan cuisine, which was very tasty. Madam Bushra the housekeeper was always smiling and very kind and kept the place very clean. Mister Abdel kabir took care of us with anything we needed and constantly checked in on how we were doing. They made us feel like we were at home. Every morning they provided us with a generous breakfast spread. From the start, Mister Yassin showed us excellent communication and professionalism in helping us with our arrival and with recommendations for city activities. I highly recommend this place for any families or groups visiting marrakech.

  The property is more beautiful than it looks in the Pictures. Well decorated living areas and Bedrooms, Royal bathrooms . Beautiful view from the living room of the green golf course just next to the property. Three sitting areas in the outdoor made the evenings memorable.

  Very clean property, well decorated with pictures a good representation of the house. Great views on serene golf course. The staff is very nice and available to help at any time. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family looking for a calm gateway.

  There was lots of space, very nice staff, good breakfast, and they served probably my favorite mint tea blend we've had in our stay in Morocco. The main room on the first floor and the room and bathroom on the second floor were so unique and great to stay in, the rooftop is so cool, and the pool looks like a work of art. It's further away from the city so it's very serene and quiet.

  Je suis un habitué de Marrakech, j'ai fait les meilleurs hôtels 5* et d'autres maisons mais la villa May reste une expérience d'exception.
  La villa est luxueuse, une décoration moderne, équipée dans les moindres détails (machine à glaçons, jeu de cartes…)
  Le service était exceptionnel, RKIA et Bouchra nous ont concocté des plats succulents ( Barbecue, Tagines, salades ) et Abdelkebir ( Un petit ange) était aux petits soins au niveau du service. Tout le personnel était disponible du petit matin jusqu'à des heures tardives au soir. La situation de la villa est unique car votre jardin donne directement sur le golf, comme s'il vous appartient.

  We had an unforgettable time at this amazing villa. It is very spacious, bright, and well-equipped, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
  
  One of the highlights was the local chef, who prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and, upon request, made exquisite dinners. The food was simply outstanding!
  
  The villa’s outdoor area is magnificent—a beautifully maintained garden, spacious lounge areas, and a heated pool at the perfect temperature, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also used the hammam, which was an incredibly relaxing experience.
  
  In the evenings, they lit the fireplace for us, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The villa offers breathtaking views of the golf course, and we truly felt as if we were in the heart of an African savanna, surrounded by peace and nature.
  
  The staff was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Communication with the host was also easy and pleasant.
  
  We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Marrakech. We would love to return!

  What truly stood out was the impeccable service from Layla, Bushra, and Abdelkbeer. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Layla’s warm hospitality, Bushra’s attention to detail, and Abdelkbeer’s readiness to assist made all the difference.

  Breakfast was excellent, and the butler, though not a butler by typical definition, along with the cook and housekeeper, is very helpful is. Location is great if you want peace and tranquillity away form the Medina, but you do rely on either cabs or a car to get you around and into the action. Also great for anyone interested in playing lots of golf. The outdoor areas are particularly attractive and comfortable with two separate seating areas on the ground floor and an expansive roof terrace. Great venue for relaxed family and friends gatherings and civilised partying with a Sonos music system offering great sound throughout the ground floor and garden areas. The owners/ team also showed flexibility on check in and check out times and were happy to prepare additional meals on request.
  
  What could be improved: There are no major negatives, but some minor less positive observations. The villa is exceptionally well maintained though has a certain tiredness purely due to its age, but that actually adds to its charm, giving it something of a colonial feel. As in keeping with Marrakech in general some of the neighbouring villas are subject to renovation works which appears to be happening at a slow pace, which didn't affect our enjoyment, but doesn't look great on approach to the villa. Also, make sure you're able to use Google maps and drop pins as taxi drivers do seem to have a problem finding the villa, though the butler can organise a local driver for you who will stick with you for the duration of your stay.
