You know what hit me first when I pulled up to Villa Scil de luxe? The complete silence. I mean, you’re still technically in Marrakech, but being tucked away on the P2017 road means you’ve escaped all that medina chaos without actually leaving the city behind. The Atlas Mountains just sort of loom there in the background like they’re posing for you – honestly, it’s the kind of view that makes you understand why people move to Morocco and never leave.

The whole “no vis-à-vis” thing they mention isn’t just marketing speak, either. I’ve stayed at plenty of places where “private” means you can still hear your neighbors brushing their teeth, but this villa actually delivers on that promise. The three suites are spread out enough that you feel like you have the whole place to yourself, even when it’s full. And that heated pool? Game changer. I was there in March when the evenings still had a bite to them, but the water was perfect – warm enough that you could float around watching the sunset paint the mountains orange without turning into a popsicle.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to pack in all these amenities without it feeling like some gaudy resort. The hammam is tucked away in this quiet corner where you can actually relax, and the outdoor jacuzzi sits right where you get the best mountain views. The gym is small but well-equipped – nothing fancy, just good equipment that actually works. I mean, let’s be honest, most hotel gyms are afterthoughts, but this one feels like someone who actually exercises designed it. The babysitting service is a godsend if you’re traveling with kids, and the optional housekeeper service means you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you want. Private parking might sound boring, but try finding a decent spot in Marrakech and you’ll appreciate having your own dedicated space – especially when you’re coming back from a long day in the souks and just want to collapse.

The 9.6 rating makes sense once you spend time here. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place in Marrakech, but everything just… works. The staff knows the area inside and out, so they can point you toward the good restaurants that tourists haven’t discovered yet, or help you figure out the best times to hit the major sights. Being a bit outside the main tourist zone means you get authentic neighborhood life – there’s this little café about a ten-minute walk away where locals gather in the evenings, and the bread vendor who comes by in the mornings has become part of my routine whenever I’m back in town. It’s that perfect balance where you feel connected to the real Marrakech without sacrificing any comfort or luxury.

  Superbe maison . Ilham est très accueillante et met vite à l’aise . Les enfants ont appréciés le jacuzzi et la piscine . Nous recommandons cet hébergement à toute personne voulant se reposer et être dans le calme . Ce situé à 25 min environ du centre donc ce n’est pas très loin.   Nous avons été accueilli typiquement à la marocaine avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse.
  Notre séjour était exceptionnel, une super villa dans l'intimité, le calme et sans aucun vis-à-vis idéale pour être à deux en tant que couple, ou en famille, en tout cas le repos est là car l'hôte reste avec nous tout le long du séjour pour nous préparer les petits déjeuners et assurer le ménage, cependant elle sait se faire très discrète pour respecter notre intimité.
  De plus, tous ce qui est mesemens, pain, beignets etc .., contrairement à d'autres, je l'ai aperçu tous faire maison, et cela va de pair avec la propreté de la villa, RIEN A DIRE tout est nickel !!!!.

  Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette villa de vacances à Marrakech ! L'emplacement est idéal, la maison est décorée avec goût et très confortable. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est notre hôte Ilham. Elle est incroyablement accueillante, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a fait sentir comme chez nous et a pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour, en nous donnant d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la ville et ses alentours. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont largement contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et, surtout, l'hospitalité exceptionnelle d'Ilham.   We came as a big family with 4 adults and 3 children, and the property was excellent with big rooms and very well decorated. The heated pool has been a success with the children and the adults enjoyed a relaxed time looking at the Atlas Mountains.
  The breakfasts were amazing and very copious with fresh juice, cheese and home made Moroccan breads and pastries every day.
  Ilham is a super host and very attentive to our needs.
