You know what caught me off guard about Villa Targa Rosa? I was expecting another cookie-cutter family hotel, but this place actually feels like someone’s gorgeous home that they’ve opened up to guests. It’s tucked away in the newer Zohour Targa development – honestly, when you first pull up to Tranche E, you might wonder if your GPS got confused because it doesn’t look like typical tourist territory. But that’s exactly what makes it special.

The whole setup here is clearly designed by someone who gets what traveling families actually need. I mean, the space is what really sells it – these aren’t cramped hotel rooms where you’re tripping over suitcases and kids’ toys. The villa has this easy, lived-in elegance that somehow manages to be both Instagram-worthy and totally practical. The kids could run around without me constantly worrying about them breaking something precious, and there’s actually room to spread out your stuff (parents, you know what I’m talking about). What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being family-focused – the thick walls and thoughtful layout mean you’re not hearing every conversation from the next room.

The location thing is interesting because you’re not right in the middle of the medina chaos, which honestly can be overwhelming with little ones anyway. From here, you can easily get to the main attractions when you want that authentic Marrakech experience, but then retreat back to this peaceful pocket where parking isn’t a nightmare and the kids can actually sleep through the night. The neighborhood feels safe for evening walks – something I always scope out when I’m traveling with family. I noticed the locals are used to tourists around here, so you get that friendly acknowledgment without feeling like you’re constantly being pitched to. The nearby areas have some decent cafes and small shops, nothing fancy, but convenient when you need to grab something quick. Actually, being slightly outside the main tourist zone means you get a glimpse of how regular Marrakech families live, which I found pretty fascinating. The villa itself maintains that perfect balance of authentic Moroccan character without sacrificing modern comforts – and trust me, after a long day of sightseeing in the heat, you’ll appreciate coming back to a place that just works.

  This villa is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you can feel the attention to detail and the luxurious atmosphere. The lush garden, the spacious pool, and the traditional hammam create the perfect setting for relaxation and indulgence.
  
  The interior is stylish, high-end, and thoughtfully designed — you genuinely feel like royalty. Each bedroom has its own modern en-suite bathroom, offering complete privacy and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, though you’ll hardly need it!
  
  One of the absolute highlights is the incredible breakfast experience: every morning, a lovely lady comes to prepare and serve a fresh, homemade breakfast that’s both varied and delicious. She then discreetly tidies up the kitchen afterwards — a rare and truly appreciated service.
  
  Special thanks to Oussama and Elyes, the wonderful landlords, whose warm hospitality and outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always available, incredibly helpful, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can truly feel that they care deeply about their guests’ experience.
  
  This villa is far more than just a place to stay — it’s a place to unwind, enjoy, and treat yourself.

  I know it looks too good to be true, but my god were we surprised to see that it looks even better in person! I genuinely do not know where to begin, from the incredible interior, gorgeous exterior, fabulous location, great security and wonderful guidance from Oussama the owner. When we first booked the villa was newly listed, so we didn’t have much to go off of except for the images and details listed on booking. We’re a big family and hadn’t been on a family trip in years due to work, college and other arrangement clashes. As soon as we found time for most of us to finally be able to travel together, we booked a holiday to Marrakesh, first the tickets and then searched for accommodation.
  
  We’d looked through hundreds of properties before landing on Villa Targa Rosa 🌹, which in all honestly looked way too good to be true, like it was straight out of a movie set. Which now that we’d actually stayed in it, I can confidently say the pictures don’t do it enough justice, because as incredible as it looks photos-wise, it is even more majestical in person. From the polished floors that shine so magnificently that they cast a reflection, to the modernised Moroccan styled furnishings meticulously placed all throughout the villa.
  
  There’s about 6 seating areas including the kitchen on the ground floor, a living room on the ground floor, dining area on the first floor, and three other seating/lounge areas on the first floor. There’s four bedrooms on the second floor, each equipped with state of the art air conditioning units that can be easily remotely controlled based on preference. All bedrooms lead to their own patio’s, which was one of my most favourite parts. You can stargaze out on them when night falls, the fresh air breeze adds to the spectacle. There’s also 5 bathrooms with showers, and a sauna on the ground floor.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was beyond perfection, there isn’t a single thing we didn’t like.
