The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid 4-star spot, nothing fancy but everything works properly. Good water pressure, decent Wi-Fi, and the beds are comfortable enough that you’re not waking up with a sore back.

What I really appreciated was how they handle the whole Marrakech experience. Look, this city can be overwhelming if you’re not prepared for it, and the folks at Vittoria seem to get that. They’re not pushy about tours or restaurants, but they’re genuinely helpful when you need direction. The breakfast spread is pretty solid too – fresh bread, local honey, and they actually make decent coffee (which, trust me, isn’t a given in every riad or guesthouse). The location puts you in Gueliz, which means you’re in the more modern part of the city – there’s something to be said for having a pharmacy and proper grocery store within walking distance, especially if you’re staying for more than a few days. You can still get to the medina easily enough, but you come home to a neighborhood that feels a bit more… well, livable. I noticed the place tends to attract travelers who are doing Morocco properly – not just rushing through for Instagram shots, but people who want to actually experience the country. That creates a nice atmosphere where you might end up chatting with other guests about where they’ve been or what they’ve discovered. The 8.9 rating makes sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers on the basics really well and adds those little touches that make you feel like you made a good choice.

  The place was easy to find, the host (Hakim) was available and very very helpful and personable! He also arranged for our transportation to the airport early in the morning.   Our room was exceptionally clean and everything that we needed for our stay.. bed was very comfortable and comfy sofa. Beautiful balcony and perfect location between old city and new city.
  
  What could be improved: There was nothing not to like about the property at all. Just some suggestions; clear communication on rental duties I. e empty bins and take rubbish to basement. Towels should be changed every two days and new toilet rolls rather than on request from the guests. These suggestions did not in any way spoil our stay as the staff were very helpful and courteous at all times.
